jill clary's yoga class moves from a slow to challenging flow, combining different yoga styles such as Ashtanga and Kundalini, along with breath work and meditation. Jill specializes in Slow Flow and Yin Yoga where postures are held longer to support and revitalize joints and connective tissue often neglected from extensive strength building exercises. Yin promotes body restoration, flexibility and mental/physical balance.

pRIVATE SALSA CLASS

Any good exercise increases a person's endorphins, the feel-good hormones; no wonder why dancing salsa proves to be so much fun. Plus, salsa dance has no rules, giving you the opportunity to improvise, making it even more enjoyable.

It can improve your reflexes and timing. Mostly attributed to the intricate footwork, you will improve your dexterity and coordination by learning salsa dance. This will affect every other physical aspect of your life where reflexes and timing is concerned.
